Our simple three step process in selling your home.
Property analysis
The first stage involves gathering complete details about the home’s condition and any special needs, like occupancy or rent-back. This information is used to create an informed offer, which can be signed in person or digitally, usually within the first day.
Title & escrow partners
Stage two focuses on closing with the help of title and escrow partners. An escrow officer will verify seller details, handle necessary documents, and arrange payment by wire or check.
Closing Documents
The final stage is recording the title and closing documents with the county, confirming funds, dates, and contract terms before issuing your payment.
